Just come by at one of the suggested times outlined below and sign up for your Free Week!

This will give you a chance to try out our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Classes to see our facility, our team and our instruction.

We want to ensure that our Team is the Right Fit for you before asking you to commit!

WHAT WE OFFER:

As a member you can come to as many classes as we have to offer, as often as you want. 

We offer classes 6 days a week! So you should have no difficulty finding something to fit your schedule.

Check out our detailed schedule for various levels of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction.

WHEN TO COME:

Version Française

It is usually best to come out at one of the following times for your first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class:

  • Mon 6:00pm – 7:00pm
  • Wed 7:30pm – 8:30pm
  • Thur 6:00pm – 7:00pm
  • Sat 1:00pm – 2:30pm (This class is ALWAYS free to the public - Come on out!)

Please do not be late arriving for class. Show up at least 10 minutes early so you'll have time to fill out the waiver form, change into your gear and speak to the person at the front desk.
